Specialising in Commercialisation, B2B growth strategy, and innovation, the work is built on deep expertise across a wide range of industries, often with a technology-driven approach to progress. Past work includes achieving breakeven with a startup, expanding a software product into North America and multiple African territories, designing and executing go-to-market plans, developing and launching new products within an innovation hub, leveraging product innovation for competitive advantage, and conducting market and competitor analyses.
